This is our very first blog post. Blogging and producing content is not our background. We want to change that.
We are a real estate company with a passion for helping. Helping other people looking to get started with real estate investing (REI) take their first few steps. Helping newbie investors learn from our mistakes so they do not make the same. We help by providing safe, affordable, quality rentals for the communities we invest in. We Help sellers get their “unwanted” homes off of their hands using creative financing methods. We help people with capital who are curious about private lending.
The idea being this blog and associated content is primarily to:
document our real estate journey for posterity sake (maybe one day our children will be interested…)
provide a place for those looking for help to interact with us so we can find ways to help
talk about the mistakes we’ve made so others don’t do the same
talk about our wins so others can see what is possible out there and feel inspired to get their own wins
This is a passion project!
This is a passion project. We’ll cover everything from tools, techniques we like, dos, don’ts and everything we learn along the journey with the hope that, some of you out there, take the first step in helping others and reaching your goals through real estate whatever those may be. We’ll talk about deals, discounts, goodies, as well as give you access to our network of successful investors and world-class services providers.
We are not CPAs, lawyers, or experts in all things real estate. That said, we will always be honest, transparent, candid, and give credit where credit is due. We’ll learn a ton along the way and try to adapt to best serve those interested.
